The  Nadezhda Cultural Establishment is a  municipal structure which is unique in its nature and, for the time being,  the only one of its type in Bulgaria. It has been devised to satisfy the entirely new requirements set by the modern international standards in cultural administration and management. This cultural establishment is mainly musically orientated.

 
    The Nadezhda Municipal Cultural Establishment (MCE) is an independent juristic person incorporated under the Law on Protection and Development of Culture, and financed from the Sofia Municipality budget funds. It is the logical successor to the Nadezhda Cultural Centre and the Sofia Orchestras Office of the former Department of Culture and  Intellectual Activities with the Sofia Municipality.
